Biblioteca Vivente alla Biblioteca Civica Alda Merini

Imagine picking a book off the shelf and, instead of opening it, as you settle down comfortably, it looks at you, smiles and begins to tell its story. The event offers the opportunity to ‘borrow’ people who are willing to share their experiences on key themes such as identity, disability, migration, inclusion and empowerment, encouraging direct dialogue and discussion in small groups. Each reading session lasts around 20 minutes and accommodates a maximum of four readers, to ensure an intimate and respectful conversation. Booking is recommended.
