Officially, he is seeking inspiration for his novels and relief for her tuberculosis; in reality, he has quite other plans. Sherlock Holmes and John Watson are with them. Invisible to everyone except Doyle, the two begin to suspect something is amiss. Doyle has promised them a thrilling new adventure but seems distant and distracted: something isn’t quite right.
