A workshop dedicated to making artisan gelato in collaboration with Alberto Marchetti. In Turin, Marchetti is not just a gelato brand but a veritable institution. Founded in the Piedmontese capital – where it now has no fewer than six outlets – and having expanded to Milan and Alassio, it has become one of the most established and highly regarded brands in the sector. In the workshop, there’s no chance of boredom and plenty to get stuck into: on arrival, each participant will find a dedicated workstation, fully equipped with everything they need. Together with a representative from Marchetti, participants will discover the secrets and history of one of Italy’s most beloved ice cream brands, whilst watching the ice cream being churned live. Whilst the ice cream takes shape, each participant can choose their favourite flavour from a rich cream or a refreshing lactose-free strawberry sorbet, which will be served as a tasty treat directly at the table. Afterwards, it will be the students’ turn to personalise their own ice-cream sundae with a selection of toppings designed to satisfy all tastes and palates. The event will conclude with a full-blown party: a dedicated soundtrack, balloon decorations and the perfect backdrop for taking photos and sharing an experience worthy of true master ice-cream makers.
