Villa Lascaris in Pianezza opens the gates of its historic park for the sixth edition of Parco Aperto, an event for families that combines play, culture, nature and relaxation in a single day. For children aged 9 to 14, introductory Dungeons & Dragons sessions and role-playing games led by expert game masters are on the programme; children aged 4 to 8 can take part in Creafavole’s creative workshops and a big treasure hunt, running throughout the afternoon. There will also be guided tours of the Villa and the historic park, with routes dedicated to history, art and the landscape. Among the cultural events, the highlight is the presentation of Giuseppe Conte’s novel *L’agguato di notte* (The Night Ambush), dedicated to Maria Bricca, a heroine from Pianezze in 1706, with the participation of the Gruppo Storico della Fenice in period costume. To mark International Yoga Day, visitors will also be able to take part in short yoga and Pilates sessions surrounded by greenery. Throughout the event, there will be relaxation areas, a book-crossing corner, a refreshment stand and an ice-cream van. Booking recommended.
