We have chosen a contemporary play that forms part of Neil LaBute’s ‘Trilogy of Beauty’ and explores the theme of acceptance: how far are we willing to compromise in order to accept ourselves and be accepted by others? To what extent can we become a shadow of our former selves just to be part of something?
