Ten individual contemporary circus acts in cabaret style, featuring young international artists from the world’s most prestigious circus academies, selected from over 70 applications. Cabaret FEDEC is born from the collaboration between Accademia Cirko Vertigo and FEDEC to showcase emerging talents within the international FEDEC network. The selected artists - graduates or recent alumni of renowned international schools such as ESAC-Ecole supérieure des arts du cirque in Brussels, Fontys Circus and Performance Art in Tilburg, Académie Fratellini in France, National Institute of Circus Arts in Australia, SKH-Stockholm University of the Arts in Stockholm, and FLIC in Torino - will present short acts over two consecutive weekends. These events also serve as opportunities for networking and professional exchange, fostering dialogue among artists, programmers, and industry professionals, and encouraging new international collaborations within the contemporary circus scene.
