Io sono Benvenuto 2026

On World Refugee Day, the Io sono benvenuto (I am  welcome) initiative returns, this year with two editions at the same time: one at the Museo Egizio in Torino and one at the Galata Museo del Mare in Genova. The protagonist will be music, animating the two museums with numerous performances in a multicultural atmosphere. In exchange for free admission, each visitor will be asked to write or draw a message of welcome and place it on the ‘Welcome Wall’, a large wall symbolising openness and hospitality. This edition of Io sono Benvenuto is produced with the support of Basko Supermercati.
