As part of the ‘Appuntamento in giardino’ event, La Venaria Reale offers a guided walk with an expert gardener to explore the 60 hectares of gardens surrounding the Royal Palace: a marvel of landscape and architecture, a place where art and beauty meet the age-old wisdom of agricultural techniques and contemporary sustainability practices. Amidst anecdotes, interesting facts and a few tips on tending to the greenery, participants will make their way to the Potager Royal, where they can lose themselves in a journey in which sight will not be the only way to experience and understand the Garden: amidst the scents of the vegetable plots and the orchard, they will let themselves be guided by touch and smell as the senses of choice to connect deeply with nature.
