Il gusto della storia. Torino e il cibo nell’Archivio della Città

The exhibition *The Taste of History: Turin and Food in the City Archives* explores the theme of food in the history of Turin: from agricultural cultivation to food supply, from processing to trade and consumption, agronomic publishing, gastronomic culture and the social dimension of food from the 16th to the 20th century.   The exhibition presents visitors with numerous documents, prints, drawings, plans, posters and photographs, which reconstruct the connections between food, landscape and society.
