Straddling the line between magic and science, alchemists have studied matter and its transformations for centuries, so much so that alchemy is often regarded as the forerunner of chemistry… but just how similar are these two disciplines really? Using symbols, transmutations and reactions bordering on the magical, we will try to uncover the true science hidden behind this ancient and mysterious world. Recommended for ages 5 to 12.
