36ª Sagra del Torcetto

A festival dedicated to Canavese and Piedmontese food and wine: typical sweets, cold meats, cheeses, wines... and much more.    The protagonists of the festival are torcetti, crumbly biscuits made with simple ingredients - water, flour, butter and sugar - small breadsticks that are folded and joined at both ends to give them their typical teardrop shape.
