The SAN PONSO FROG FESTIVAL is back – an annual and traditional food and wine event where frogs take centre stage, featuring dishes and specialities such as battered and fried frogs, frog risotto and themed menus, all accompanied by good music and tastings of typical local produce.   The packed programme also includes motor rallies featuring vintage cars, off-road vehicles, motorbikes and tractors, a day dedicated to sport with boxing and volleyball training sessions, nature trails on e-bikes, a rescue simulation with the National Fire Brigade and the Dog Rescue School, concerts by Occitan bands, and dance evenings ranging from the 1990s to the present day.
