Max, Paul and Simon have been friends for thirty years. A true, unbreakable and joyful friendship. Their professional lives are a success, their private lives a little less so. One evening, the three friends meet at Max's house for their usual poker game. But Simon arrives almost an hour late, giving his two friends a shocking reason for his tardiness. The poker game never gets started, and we witness a series of verbal clashes that could lead to a definitive break in their long-standing friendship. Women are the absolute protagonists of all the conflicts that arise. A funny and intelligent comedy, masterfully crafted in perfect French style: refined and irreverent, light-hearted and ruthless at the same time, with an unstoppable rhythm that plays with role reversals and twists. An all-male acting performance, in which the women of the title are not physically present but still invade the scene: loved, hated, regretted, absences materialised by the words of their men in crisis. By Eric Assous, with Luca Bizzarri, Enzo Paci and Antonio Zavatteri.
