The peculiar position of this hotel provides an opportunity to fully enjoy the wonderful Stura Valley view. Twelve comfortable rooms are available, all provided with a private bathroom, TV, telephone and balcony. A few, in the traditional wooden chalet style, look out on one side on meadows and pine groves and on the other on the granite pinnacles of Mount Bersaio, the unique symbol of the village of Sambuco. The Albergo della Pace features a spa, a garden and a solarium. Also available for guests there are five “two-room apartments”, furnished in a contemporary style and provided with two to five beds. The restaurant menu offers a variety of reinvented traditional recipes, rich in typical products and Piedmontese flavors: appetizers, fresh hand-made pasta, stews, game and the renowned “sambucano” lamb. The wine list includes a good selection of Piedmontese and national wines.
