Belonging to the Ferretto family since its opening in 1968, Il Cascinale Nuovo restaurant is also a part of the “Stelle del Piemonte” circuit. Innovation and love for tradition have been the guiding lines since its renovation in 1985, which have given way to the current form of the “Il nuovo Cascinale”.
