Just a few km. from Asti, the Villa is located in a scenic position with panoramic views over a vast part of the Asti region. Perched on the top of hill overlooking the village of Rocca d’Arazzo, this building, immersed in an expansive park, enables one to enjoy the enchanting landscapes characteristic of the Monferrato. An ancient home for the clergy, recently renovated while conserving the original architecture, it provides rooms equipped with bathroom, television, telephone and provides the clients with many services, from a restaurant to a meeting room (with capacity for 200 people), from a swimming pool to a panoramic viewpoint.
