The menu includes fritto misto, cardoon fondue, peppers in sweet and sour sauce with anchovies, vitello tonnato, agnolotti del plin with butter and sage, tajarin with beef ragout, finanziera, braised beef in Nebbiolo wine, hazelnut cake and Moscato zabaione.
