The restaurant is located inside the Torrione di Garove, on the top floor of the prestigious Reggia di Venaria (declared by UNESCO Humanity Heritage), and offers an enchanting view over the Gardens, Peschiera, Corte d’Onore and Fontana del Cervo. The chef Alfredo Russo offers cuisine that unites tradition and innovation, Piedmontese influences and Italian roots. Among the dishes on the menu the Piedmontese Fassone veal tongue with parsley sauce and potato piping with Lanzo Toma cheese fondue, veal in tuna sauce “in a box” with citrus fruit caramel, “pasta in white oil and Parmesan cheese”, Fassone veal shoulder scorched with aromatic sauce and the fennel soup with citrus fruits and aniseed are worthy of mention. The cellar is well proportioned and attentive to innovation.
