TOMINO AND RICOTTA MOUSSE WITH MINT

Ingredients

Equal amounts of fresh Tomino and Ricotta
Fresh Tomini and Ricotta cheese
1 handful
mint
to taste
garlic
1 loaf
bran bread
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper

Finely chop the garlic and mint. Mix in the cheeses and add salt and pepper. Slice the loaf of bread and toast the slices in the hot oven. When they are golden, remove from the oven and serve with the mousse, on a small plate for each guest.
