POTATO FOCACCIA

Ingredients

400 gr
flour
1
potatoes
to taste
salt
1 knob
brewer's yeast
half glass
milk
to taste
oil

Knead the flour together with a boiled and mashed potato, salt, a cube of dissolved brewer's yeast, half a glass of lukewarm milk and oil. Leave to rise, then spread it out with your hands in the bread tin, make "holes" in the surface and add a drizzle of oil. Add a little more oil when it comes out of the oven.
