Ingredients

100 gr
robinia flower
400 gr
sugar
8 dl
90% pure alcohol
1 spoon
acacia honey

Pick some freshly blossomed locust flowers, arrange them in a pot alternating layers of flowers and sugar. Cover and leave to rest for a whole day, add the alcohol and honey; mix so that the sugar dissolves. Cover and leave in a cool place until all the sugar has dissolved. Add 200 grams of boiled and cooled water, leave to rest for a week and then filter with a cloth, pressing the flowers well.

Drink at least six months after preparation, diluting it with water if desired.
