husked marron
200 gr
honey
200 gr
cane sugar
300 gr
lard
to taste
erbe e fiori

Cook the chestnuts in water for about 15/20 minutes, drain, and peel and continue cooking with honey and sugar.

Thinly slice the lard, sprinkle with herbs and flowers and taste it with the chestnuts.
