The illusionist, conjurer, psychic, medium, Gustavo Rol is one of the most controversial figures of the last century of Torino (Turin). It is said that his skills ranged from "remote viewing" to "time travel", from "selective psychic" to the visions of the interior of the human body. Many testify that he was able to act dynamically on matter, moving objects of any kind away from one another or materializing and dematerialization of objects, he could foresee future events, and know about the past, reading the mind, remotely healing the sick, and being in two different places at the same time and much more.
Rol, for his part, always refused every definition: I do not consider myself endowed with paranormal qualities or at least with prerogatives that can make me be included in the subjects that offer reason for study. Nor can I claim to have had particular contact with the paranormal, since my whole life has always been in a natural atmosphere of constant "possibilities" ... Among the many prodigies, it even seems that, during the Second World War, he managed to obtain a pardon for a group of partisans from a Nazi commander claiming that he read innocence in their eyes. In the course of his life (1903-1994), Rol met great historical personalities of the twentieth century: Einstein, Fermi, Fellini, De Gaulle, D'Annunzio, Mussolini, Reagan, Pius XII, Cocteau, Dali, Agnelli, Einaudi, Kennedy and many others.
