GUIDO DA COSTIGLIOLE

The restaurant is located near the native house – museum of the author Cesare Pavese, and is part of the Relais San Maurizio. It offers high-end regional cuisine: amuse-bouche of rabbit leg in cauliflower cream with Bra sausages, agnolotti del plin, guinea-fowl in sweet and sour sauce with onion compote, cappelletti in swallow-fish broth. Desserts highlights include ‘tiramisù 2005’ and ‘castagnole’. The wine menu is endless, ranging from Piemonte through Italy to the rest of the world.
