OM Olistica a Mazzè is a festival dedicated to holistic wellbeing and healthy living; a full day to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover balance through an integrated approach to health. It invites participants to take care of themselves in a broader and more conscious way, considering all dimensions of life. The program features talks and dialogues with experts from various fields - health, environment, and personal development - offering practical insights and new perspectives on wellbeing.
