The restaurant is located inside a late nineteenth-century aristocratic villa and offers refined Piedmontese cuisine, created with high quality raw materials: bustard ravioli, three meat agnolotti ravioli, roast kid goat with mountain herbs, stuffed artichoke in extra-virgin olive oil and, to finish, biscuit ice cream with zabaglione and Caluso wine with strawberries and basil. The wine list is very extensive and ranges from regional to international wines, also served by the glass.
