The restaurant is located in a historic building in Alba town centre and it offers a robust traditional cuisine: from tajarin with liver sauce to ravioli del plin, from Fassone raw meat beaten with the knife to braised calf cheek with Barolo. The wine cellar also stocks wine from other regions.
