D'LA PICOCARDA

The restaurant is located between Pinerolo and Saluzzo and it consists of two frescoed welcoming rooms. The cuisine privileges fish, although classical dishes from the area are also available, such as agnolotti or Piedmontese Fassone fillet with herbs. The menu includes among the specialities: delicate Oneglia squid salad, home-made farfalle with seafood sauce and snipe fish, whitebait salad, stuffed artichokes 'margherita' with angler. The wine list mainly offers Piedmontese wines as well as some Italian and foreign wines.
