The restaurant is located in the historical centre of Cuneo and offers modern cuisine, but also closely associated with the region. Among the dishes offered on the menu, ravioli stuffed with Saluzzo guinea fowl served in its concentrate with lemongrass, dried cod with ragù of sweet peppers and fillet of anchovy, creamy pudding of veal livers and cacao on a purée of red onion soup and the crepinette of goat with almonds, thyme and Pigna beans cooked in oil with sage and tomato sauce are recommended. The wine list is rich with labels and also includes wines from Liguria and France
