The restaurant is now run by the fourth generation of the same family and offers a cuisine strongly rooted in the area: vitello tonnato, asparagus flan ‘alla parmigiana’, agnolotti del plin, oven-baked rabbit, finanziera, pot roast in Barbera wine, cardoons, oven-baked veal hock. The wine menu is vast and consists of a selection of regional and national labels, some of which are quite rare. The restaurant has a welcoming outdoor area for summer dining.
