Situated near the eighteenth-century castle of Cravanzana, the restaurant offers cuisine inspired by the local area: veal in tuna sauce, raw meat with grated grana cheese, tajarin with meat sauce, braised beef in Barolo wine. Among the desserts the hazelnut tart and the “two bonet”, together with the classic chocolate and amaretti biscuits and hazelnut tarts are recommended. An extensive wine list, concentrating on the labels of Langa, Roero and Monferrato.
