The restaurant was opened thanks to the co-operation between the Alciati and Vicina families. It features a harmonious architecture, with warm and linear features which compensate the complete absence of windows. The cuisine reinterprets with originality and craftsmanship the typical dishes of the Canavese culinary tradition: raw meat salad; "deconstructed" bagna cauda; “Vecchia Eporedia” agnolotti with roast beef sauce; soft boiled kidney with mustard velouté, poached garlic, artichokes and black truffle. The wine list is wide and well structured.
