CARPE NOCTEM ET DIEM

The restaurant is located near the Università di Scienze Gastronomiche and it has a wide colonnade with a garden. The cuisine is based on traditional Piedmontese dishes, such as “batsoà” (pig's feet) on a shallot cream, gnocchi with Bra sausage, and chickpeas soup. The wine list also includes wines by the glass.
