CANTINA DEL RONDÒ

The restaurant boasts an extensive cellar which, in addition to the list of bottles, offers a selection (by glass or carafe) of four wines produced in-house. The menu offers typical dishes of the Langhe region: chicken liver and sweetbread sauce and duck liver paté, Russian salad, rabbit tuna-style, plin ravioli with roast meat drippings, roast loin of pork with hazelnuts and cold zabaglione pudding with Marsala wine.
