Among the menu’s dishes: chickpeas and sticks soup, gnocchi with nuts and pesto, raw meat in the Monferrina style, boar meat stew with grapes, guinea-fowl cooked with Moscato; among the desserts: chestnuts and dark chocolate mousse.
