The restaurant is located inside a building dating back to the nineteenth century in the town centre, and it proposes classical dishes from the regional culinary tradition: Fassone sottilissima with fondue, artichokes pudding with toma fondue, mushrooms and potatoes puff-pastry cake with Castelmagno fondue, Old Piedmont braised meat ravioli, hen plin agnolotti with Langhe butter, fillet stuffed with porcini mushrooms, Valle d'Aosta-style lamb cutlets, Piedmont's truffles. The wine list has a wide selection of regional and national wines.
