The restaurant is located on the Roero hills and it offers a cuisine strongly linked with the local area: sausage with Barbaresco sauce, tajarin with meat sauce, butter and sage ravioli del plìn with truffle, rabbit with Arneis. Desserts include panna cotta and chocolate bunet. The wine list mainly offers Roero and Barbaresco wines.
