BEL SOGGIORNO

The restaurant is located in the Alto Monferrato and it offers a traditional cuisine which uses local ingredients. The menu includes Saint Marcel prosciutto with mountain herbs and porcini mushrooms in oil, stew agnolotti, dried salt cod with olives, taglierini with lamb meat sauce, and the Piedmontese-style fritto misto. The wine list includes a wide selection of Piedmontese wines, with many of them by the glass.
