BARACCA

The restaurant has a long tradition and proposes a local home-made cuisine: prosciutto from Biella, typical cold meats, quiches, creamed risotto with local fresh cheeses, “panissa” (risotto with beans, salami and lard, sausage with broth and a glass of red wine), Barolo braised meat, bonet, apple cake. The wine list is rich of wines from Piedmont.
