The restaurant is located inside a renovated 20th-century farm building, situated in a small country hamlet. Next to traditional, regional dishes, it also offers many tasty fresh-fish-based recipes. The menu includes lightly marinated raw meat with salt, hand-made agnolotti ‘gobbi’ with roast sauce, tajarin alla monferrina, carrè of lamb with aromatic herbs, and swordfish with new spinach and lemon balm-infused oil. The wine menu offers a careful selection of regional labels, together with some wines from the rest of Italy and abroad. The restaurant boasts a large summer outdoor terrace.
