AL CASTELLO

The restaurant is hosted in one the most important and ancient castles of the Langhe. Camillo Benso di Cavour used to spend time in this castle, which offers a magnificent view over the surrounding vineyards. In a picturesque environment, the restaurant proposes a local cuisine produced with high quality ingredients. Among the dishes of the menu: cornmeal mush plin, cream of sweet gorgonzola (blue cheese) and Parmigiano chips, guinea-fowl breast, Tandori croquettes and salted tartrà, fresh fruit sorbet. The cellar offers a great selection of wines. Besides the restaurant, the castle also hosts the Enoteca Regionale Piemontese Cavour (Regional Piemonte Winehouse “Cavour”) and two museums.
