ristorante

Over 500 Piemonte restaurants, included in our selection, are mentioned in the principal Italian food and wine guides: Alberghi e Ristoranti d’Italia 2009, Touring Club Italiano; Ristoranti d’Italia del Gambero Rosso ’09; I Ristoranti d’Italia 2009, Le Guide de L’Espresso; Guida Michelin Italia 2009, Alberghi & Ristoranti. A universe of flavours to be savoured in a slow-food style, in prestigious restaurants, featuring the courses of the best national chefs.
The list begins with the 25 restaurants included in the “Stelle del Piemonte” project, a Piemonte Region initiative introduced and supported by the Assessorato Regionale al Turismo (Regional Tourism Department). It involves a unique project in Italy, initiated in 2005 with the aim of establishing a group of professionals capable of promoting Piemonte throughout the world, by communicating the excellence, distinctiveness and food and wine treasures of the region.
