Le Siepi

The restaurant “Le Siepi” is integrating part of the hotel complex “Relais Barrage”, which is a structure with a sober and rational style. The cuisine focuses on dishes of Italian tradition, with particular focus on flavours and products of the territory. Among the proposals of the menu, it is worth mentioning the saffron risotto with fresh robiola and onion emulsion, scallops with citrus salad and watercress, and lamb loin cooked at low temperature with baby vegetables. Desserts include coffee semifreddo and soft biscuit.
