The restaurant offers cuisine with a marked regional influence, with a certain touch of creativity: rye flour dumplings with Toma cheese made from “lait brusc” and watercress, Russian salad with turnip and potatoes with trout caviar, fillet of char with lavender, veal cheek with Valsusa wine must. Among the desserts the cacao ice cream and crunchy hazelnut toffee are recommended. The wine list is reasonably good.
