The restaurant offers a typically regional cuisine: vitello tonnato alla monferrina, risotto with beetroot and fondue, agnolotti alla monferrina, breast of fowl filled with basil and pine nuts, braised veal in red wine. The wine cellar mainly focuses on Piemonte wines.
