La Genzianella

The restaurant is located in the Valle Curone, at around 800 meters altitude, and it offers a cuisine based on typical Piedmontese dishes, which are combined with Ligurian, Lombard, and Emilian Dishes. Among the dishes in the menu, it is worth mentioning the braised meat with mushrooms or truffles, fresh pastas, spring and autumn mushrooms, “emperor" truffle and, among the desserts, bunet and hazelnut cake. The wine list includes around 200 wines with a wide selection of wines from the area.
