La Locanda del Seicento
The restaurant is located in a seventeenth-century house and it is characterised by a finely furnished rustic environment. The menu includes dishes from the local culinary tradition, such as hot small pie with porcini mushrooms, Raschera d’Alpe fondue with truffles and dark bread canapé, fresh dough tagliolini in a porcini mushrooms sauce, Fassone sirloin tagliata, veal fillet with fresh porcini in a mountain potatoes crust and, among the desserts, panna cotta with a soft fruit sauce.
