The inn is situated in an old restored mill, located in a district of Val Casotto (one of the valleys in the Maritime Alps, on the border between Piemonte and Liguria) and offers Beppino Occelli’s famous cheeses: toma, Castelmagno, goat cheeses and other regional dairy products. Besides cheeses, the menu includes croutons with Alpine butter, hams and salami, buckwheat polenta, tagliatelle with mushroom sauce, stewed rabbit, lamb and panna cotta with chestnut flour.
