The restaurant is located on Barbaresco vineyard hills, on the first floor of a house in the historic town centre. The menu focuses on traditional dishes: calf tongue bowl with green sauce, knife tajarin with artichokes and rabbit sauce, duck ravioli, lamb cutlets with sesame seeds and field salad. The wine list presents a wide variety of Barbaresco, as well as many other regional, non-regional, and foreign wines.
