For Carlo Dell'Orto and Massimo Lanzini, each instrument is a unique example, ideated, designed and created for the atmosphere in which it is destined to be used, and in the context of the requirements of the community to which it belongs. Their lead work is the new organ (three-manual, forty registers) created for the Collegiate di Arona with the exclusive use of “somieri a vento”. Among the most important historic instruments restored are the Serassi organ of the Duomo of Tortona, the organ of the Chiesa Collegiata di S. Maria of Arona and the Tomaso Roccatagliata (1721) organ in Palazzo S. Giorgio in Genova, the oldest-known Ligurian organ.
